PROTOCOLS AND PRIVACY POLICIES
In our Entity we have adapted our protocols and privacy policies to the European Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (RGPD) and to Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, given that we are concerned about the security and protection of the data we process.
1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING
ATI – ASOCIACIÓN DE TÉCNICOS DE INFORMÁTICA, with registered office at C/ Camil Fabra 2, entresuelo 2ª – 08030- BARCELONA, is responsible for the correct processing of your data. You can inquire about this processing by sending an email to: secregen@atinet.es.
2. WHY DO WE USE YOUR DATA AND HOW LONG DO WE KEEP IT?
At ATI we process the information provided by interested parties only for the purpose of processing and managing requests made in relation to the ICODSIP 2024 Conference and its results.
The personal data provided will be kept for the duration of the Conference and its results, and the interested party does not request its deletion. There are data that, due to their nature, must be kept even if you withdraw your consent if there is a legal obligation.
3. WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING?
The use of the data that you have provided us through consent is necessary for the correct management of your Registration for the ICODSIP 2024 event and of our collaborators in this Event and, in addition, to be able to comply with legal obligations.
You may at any time express your opposition to the use of your data and, therefore, cancel any type of management with them, leaving only your data blocked for the legally established period of time.
Inform you that non-consent may result in you not being able to participate in the Conference or in its results.
4. THEY ARE GOING TO TRANSFER MY DATA
Your registration data will be transferred to the Co-organizers (UAH – Universidad de Alcalá de Henares and CEPIS – The Council of European Professional Informatics Societies), and to no other entity or organization, except under legal obligation.
5. HOW CAN I EXERCISE MY RIGHTS?
As the owner of the rights, you have control over your data and, therefore, you can exercise your rights at any time by sending us an email to secregen@atinet.es.
The rights you can exercise are:
– Access: You may consult your personal data processed by this Entity (ATI).
– Rectification: You may modify your personal data when it is inaccurate.
– Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data.
– Objection: You may request that none of your personal data be processed.
– Limitation of Processing: You may request that the processing of your personal data be limited in certain circumstances.
– Portability: You may receive the personal data that you have provided to us or that we have obtained in our contractual relationship, as well as transmit them to another Entity.
Users are informed that they have the right to revoke consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
Interested parties are also informed that they may file a claim with the competent Data Protection Control Authority, especially when they have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights.
You can request all of your rights by stating your name and sending us a photocopy of your identification with the request.
